About the Plan
The Shoalhaven Contributions Plan allows Council or an accredited certifier to levy contributions on development consents and complying development certificates. These contributions are collected to provide the additional infrastructure required to meet demand created by development. The Plan is set out in this website and contains detail on the infrastructure projects to be funded by contributions and how these contributions are to be levied on development.
